Ivan Nadein was born in Kyiv, in 2004 he graduated from the Faculty of Philosophy of the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Candidate of Philosophical Sciences.
After graduating from university, he was engaged in entrepreneurial activities. Since 2008, he has been working in the renewable energy market. He headed the Ukrainian Association of Alternative Solid Fuel Producers. He was the initiator of the creation and ideologist of the public organization "Committee for Energy Independence of Ukraine".
In 2011, he founded the group of companies "UKRTEPLO", which became one of the leaders of the national renewable energy market. Under his leadership, the company implemented large-scale projects for the construction of biomass boiler houses, bio-CHP, solar and biogas power plants, as well as initiatives for the degasification of solid waste landfills.
The entrepreneurial path is combined with active public activity: Ivan Nadein is the founder and president of the football club "Veres" (Rivne), supports social and sports projects, and advocates for the development of the modern Ukrainian economy based on innovation and energy independence.
Today, he is one of the leading experts in the field of "green" energy and sustainable development in Ukraine, and the company "UKRTEPLO" is considered an example of a successful combination of business, innovation, and social responsibility.

Oleksandr Korchynsky is the CEO and an experienced manager in the energy sector. He graduated from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv and has many years of experience in managing energy enterprises.
Since 2009, Oleksandr Korchynsky has held key management positions in a number of energy companies - TechNova LLC (Chernihiv CHPP), Ukrteploenergo LLC, Energotehservice TKR LLC, PJSC Centrenergo, and later headed Rivneteploenergo LLC.
At UKRTEPLO, Oleksandr Korchynsky is responsible for operational activities and manages the company at the level of strategic development: business process optimization, scaling of green energy projects, and integration of innovative technologies.
Since 2021, Oleksandr has successfully implemented a number of projects in UKRTEPLO - from large biomass boiler houses to biogas solutions, including projects that helped solve environmental problems in the regions (landfill degassing, biogas plants). In Rivne, Korchynskyi led the preparation and implementation of a number of practical solutions to stabilize heat and energy supply.

Roman Shved is the Executive Director of the UKRTEPLO Group. He received a higher economic education from the Kyiv National Economic University (Master of Finance and Bachelor of Law). After graduating from university, he was engaged in entrepreneurial activities, starting his career in the energy sector in 2011.
Since 2013, Roman Shved has held management positions at UKRTEPLO, where he is responsible for the construction of new generating capacities. Under his leadership, UKRTEPLO implemented a number of successful projects with a total capacity of over 100 MW.
Roman Shved actively implements innovative technologies in the energy sector, in particular in the direction of bioenergy, which corresponds to the UKRTEPLO strategy for the development of renewable energy sources and energy efficiency. He is responsible for the development of new projects in the company, implementing modern and energy-efficient solutions.
