Ivan Nadein, the founder of UKRTEPLO, is the president of the Veres football club (Rivne), and is transforming the club into a true center of social activity and sports development in the region. Under his leadership, the team has not only returned to the renovated Avangard Stadium but also actively interacts with communities, attracting young people to sports and a healthy lifestyle.
Nadein implements strategies that combine success on the football field with the social mission of the club:
Youth support: organizing sports schools and sections for children and adolescents, where young talents get the opportunity to train and develop in a professional environment.
Social interaction: holding charity matches, events for local schools and public organizations, which helps strengthen social ties in the region.
