The project includes several stages of investment and construction.
BGV Group Management's investments in the project are made through JSC "Closed Undiversified Venture Fund "Magnum", 100% of which belongs to Gennady Butkevych. The project is being implemented in partnership with LLC "Ukrteplo Management Company". In accordance with the permission of the Antimonopoly Committee, the "Magnum" fund will acquire 50% from LLC "UT Power".
As part of the development of a new investment direction, BGV Group Management, led by Gennady Butkevych, is preliminarily selecting several more energy sector projects, the implementation of which is planned for the year.

Investment company BGV Group Management is implementing its first energy project. It involves the construction of over 50 MW of gas cogeneration plants in Rivne, the company's press service reported.
The equipment will operate in combined mode and will provide the production of both electricity and heat.
