What does the Memorandum provide for?
The main goal of the agreement is the construction and further operation by "UKRTEPLO" of new high-tech distributed electricity generation facilities. This involves the installation of modern cogeneration plants that are capable of simultaneously and most efficiently producing both electricity and heat. The total capacity of the new generating capacities in Lubny will reach 15 MW(e).
As a result of the implementation of this project, the city will receive a reliable, autonomous source of electricity and heat. This will significantly increase the level of resilience of the community and protect it from global network outages.
